BLT Pasta Salad

I- Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cups small macaroni shells, cooked;
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped;
  • Bacon Bits;
  • 1 cup lettuce, finely chopped;
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free mayo;
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free sour cream;
  • Juice from 1 lemon;
  • Salt and Pepper to taste;
  • Cooked peas and carrots (Optional).

II- Directions:

  1. Cook your pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.
  3. Place your pasta in a large bowl and add in your mayo, sour cream, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix them together.
  5. Add in your lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits, salt and pepper and mix well.
  6. Give it a little taste test and make sure the seasoning is at your liking.
  7. Add a little pinch of garlic too.
  8. Cover and refrigerator about an hour before serving. Serve cold and enjoy!
