Roasted Garlic Parmesan Zoodles
I- Ingredients for 2 Servings:
- 1 large zucchini;
- 3/4 Tbsp olive oil;
- 2 garlic cloves Minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder;
- 1/2 tsp paprika;
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley;
- Salt and pepper;
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan or Parmesan-Romano blend;
- Fresh chopped parsley (Optional).
II- Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees;
- Line a baking sheet with foil;
- Spiralize your zucchini;
- In medium bowl add zucchini, garlic, paprika, dried parsley, salt pepper, olive oil and mix;
- Spread evenly on baking sheet;
- Bake at 400F for 10 minutes;
- Immediately after removing from over toss with Parmesan cheese;
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley (Optional).
