Healthy Maple Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes and Apples

I- Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 medium sweet potatoes diced
  • 3 apples diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup

II- Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until almost tender.
  3. Add the apples, cinnamon and nutmeg and continue cooking until the sweet potatoes and apples are tender.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup, stir and serve.
