Healthy Maple Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes and Apples
I- Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 medium sweet potatoes diced
- 3 apples diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
II- Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
- Add the sweet potatoes and cook until almost tender.
- Add the apples, cinnamon and nutmeg and continue cooking until the sweet potatoes and apples are tender.
- Drizzle with maple syrup, stir and serve.
