Greek Chicken Burgers

I- Ingredients for 4 Servings:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken I use a mix of breast/thigh meat;
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers – chopped;
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 cup fresh spinach – chopped;
  • 1/3 cup panko crumbs;
  • 2 cloves garlic minced;
  • 2 tsp dried oregano;
  • 1/2 tsp salt;
  • 1/4 tsp pepper;
  • Half lemon (big one) Squeezed;
  • Cucumber spinach and red onion, sliced.

II- Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked.
