Zesty Cabbage Slaw
I- Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded (red, green, or a combination);
- 1/4 cup olive oil;
- 3 Tbsp lime juice;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1/4 tsp chili powder;
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
II- Directions:
- Shred cabbage into bite-size pieces.
- Whisk together oil, lime juice, and seasonings. Pour over the shredded cabbage and toss well to combine.
- Allow the slaw to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes so the flavors come together.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
