Healthy Oven Roasted Cabbage Steaks for Weight Loss Challenge

I- Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Garlic seasoning mix

II- Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Remove outer leaves and rinse cabbage.
  3. Cut off stem.
  4. Stem side down, cut 1 inch slices of cabbage.
  5. Lay slices on greased baking pan.
  6. Drizzle slices with olive oil and with a basting brush distribute olive oil on cabbage.
  7. Salt and pepper both sides of slices and top with garlic mix.
  8. Bake 30-40 minutes. Checking at 20 minutes until tender.
