Teriyaki Burger
I- Ingredients for 6 Burgers:
- 1 packet onion soup mix;
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef;
- 1/4 cup water;
- 4 green onions, chopped;
- 1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce.
II- Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into six patties.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook burgers about 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temp should be 165F)
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly and Enjoy!
