Teriyaki Burger

I- Ingredients for 6 Burgers:

  • 1 packet onion soup mix;
  • 1 lb 93% lean ground beef;
  • 1/4 cup water;
  • 4 green onions, chopped;
  • 1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce.

II- Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into six patties.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Cook burgers about 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temp should be 165F)
  4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and Enjoy!
