Low Sugar Morning Coffee Smoothie

I- Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled;
  • 1 frozen banana;
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt;
  • 2 tsp honey;
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg;
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes.

II- Directions:

  1. In a large cup (if using an immersion blender) or a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more chilled coffee if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  3. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Serve immediately.
