Low Sugar Morning Coffee Smoothie
I- Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled;
- 1 frozen banana;
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt;
- 2 tsp honey;
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg;
- 1/2 cup ice cubes.
II- Directions:
- In a large cup (if using an immersion blender) or a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add more chilled coffee if necessary to reach desired consistency.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Serve immediately.
