Healthy Grilled Chicken

I- Ingredients for 4 Servings:

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, trimmed and pounded to about 1/2-inch thickness
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

II- Directions:

  1. Arrange the chicken on a plate or place in a gallon-size freezer bag.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes, then flip each piece and continue cooking another 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
