Healthy Grilled Chicken
I- Ingredients for 4 Servings:
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, trimmed and pounded to about 1/2-inch thickness
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
II- Directions:
- Arrange the chicken on a plate or place in a gallon-size freezer bag.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken. Let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes, then flip each piece and continue cooking another 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
