Easy Cucumber Avocado Salad
I- Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 small cucumber
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
II- Directions
- Cut and peel avocado.
- Cut tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and avocado into bite-size pieces.
- Pour in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together and Enjoy!
