Watermelon Nectarine Caprese Salad

I- Ingredients for 4 servings :

  • Watermelon (sliced);
  • Heirloom tomatoes (sliced);
  • Nectarines (sliced);
  • Fresh mozzarella (sliced);
  • Salt;
  • Pepper;
  • Olive oil;
  • Balsamic vinegar;
  • Fresh basil.

II- Directions:

  1. Arrange the watermelon, tomatoes, nectarines, and mozzarella on a platter or in a dish.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and top with fresh basil.
