- Watermelon (sliced);
- Heirloom tomatoes (sliced);
- Nectarines (sliced);
- Fresh mozzarella (sliced);
- Salt;
- Pepper;
- Olive oil;
- Balsamic vinegar;
- Fresh basil.
II- Directions:
- Arrange the watermelon, tomatoes, nectarines, and mozzarella on a platter or in a dish.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and top with fresh basil.
