Healthy Greek Yogurt Brownies (2 WW Freestyle Points)

I- Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup truvia
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

II- Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Line an small loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before cutting into 4 squares.
