Healthy Greek Yogurt Brownies (2 WW Freestyle Points)
I- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup truvia
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
II- Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
- Line an small loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting into 4 squares.
