Garlic Beef Stir Fry

I- Ingredients For 4 Servings:

  • 4/7 cups beef strips (lean);
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed);
  • 1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce;
  • 3 2/3 cups vegetables (stir-fry, mixture);
  • 1/4 cups water;
  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce.

II- Directions:

  1. Heat an oiled wok over high heat.
  2. In batches, stir-fry beef until almost cooked.
  3. Remove from wok.
  4. Stir-fry garlic, sweet chili sauce, and vegetables in the wok until vegetables are tender.
  5. Return beef to wok with water and oyster sauce.
  6. Stir-fry until heated through.
