Garlic Beef Stir Fry
I- Ingredients For 4 Servings:
- 4/7 cups beef strips (lean);
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed);
- 1 Tbsp sweet chili sauce;
- 3 2/3 cups vegetables (stir-fry, mixture);
- 1/4 cups water;
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce.
II- Directions:
- Heat an oiled wok over high heat.
- In batches, stir-fry beef until almost cooked.
- Remove from wok.
- Stir-fry garlic, sweet chili sauce, and vegetables in the wok until vegetables are tender.
- Return beef to wok with water and oyster sauce.
- Stir-fry until heated through.
