Spicy Avocado and Egg Toast Healthy Breakfast

I- Ingredients

  • 2 slices Wheat Bread toasted
  • 1/2 Avocado sliced
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Salsa or Hot Sauce

II- Directions

  1. Make each egg to your liking while you toast the bread.
  2. Top the bread with the avocado slices, then the egg.
  3. In a small bowl add some salsa to the Greek yogurt and mix well, top the egg with the mixture add more salsa and jalapeno if you like.
  4. Cut in half and serve.
