Spicy Avocado and Egg Toast Healthy Breakfast
I- Ingredients
- 2 slices Wheat Bread toasted
- 1/2 Avocado sliced
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- Salsa or Hot Sauce
II- Directions
- Make each egg to your liking while you toast the bread.
- Top the bread with the avocado slices, then the egg.
- In a small bowl add some salsa to the Greek yogurt and mix well, top the egg with the mixture add more salsa and jalapeno if you like.
- Cut in half and serve.
