Easy & Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

I- Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk (or organic whole)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 8 ounces brewed coffee (strong)

II- Directions

  1. Whisk together the pumpkin, spices, vanilla, sugar and milk in a large mug.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until very warm.
  3. Use a frother (like aerolatte) to make the milk mixture foamy, if desired.
  4. Pour the coffee into the mug and stir to combine.
