Easy & Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
I- Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup 2% milk (or organic whole)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp sugar
- 8 ounces brewed coffee (strong)
II- Directions
- Whisk together the pumpkin, spices, vanilla, sugar and milk in a large mug.
- Heat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or until very warm.
- Use a frother (like aerolatte) to make the milk mixture foamy, if desired.
- Pour the coffee into the mug and stir to combine.
