Crock Pot Chicken Tenders
I- Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lb Chicken Tenders (Click to Buy It on Amazon);
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce of choice, divided;
- 1 tsp Onion powder;
- 1 tsp Garlic powder;
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder;
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
II- Directions:
- In a crockpot, mix together 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and seasonings.
- Add in Chicken Tenders, and toss to coat in sauce.
- Cook on high for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450F (232C) degrees, cover a baking sheet pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place chicken tenders in a pan, and pour additional 1/2 cup sauce over chicken.
- Divide shredded cheese over the top of the tenders.
- Bake 12-15 minutes, or until cheese starts to get lightly golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!!
