Crock Pot Chicken Tenders

I- Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders (Click to Buy It on Amazon);
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce of choice, divided;
  • 1 tsp Onion powder;
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder;
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder;
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded.

II- Directions:

  1. In a crockpot, mix together 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and seasonings.
  2. Add in Chicken Tenders, and toss to coat in sauce.
  3. Cook on high for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 450F (232C) degrees, cover a baking sheet pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Place chicken tenders in a pan, and pour additional 1/2 cup sauce over chicken.
  6. Divide shredded cheese over the top of the tenders.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until cheese starts to get lightly golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!!
