Chocolate Banana Nut Mug Cake
I- Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 Tbsp oat flour;
- 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder;
- 1/4 tsp baking powder;
- 1/2 ripe banana mashed;
- 1 tsp neutral oil;
- 1 tsp agave;
- 1 egg;
- 2 Tbsp soy milk (or milk of choice);
- 1 Tbsp mini semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips;
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts.
II- Directions:
- In a small bowl mix dry ingredients- oat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- In another small bowl mash half a banana, whisk in one egg, 1 teaspoon of oil, 1 teaspoon agave and 2 tablespoons milk of choice.
- Add the dry into the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts and 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds, give or take 10 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave.
- Top with 1 more teaspoon of chocolate chips and additional chopped walnuts if desired, let cool for a minute, Enjoy!
