Vegan Chocolate Dough Balls

I- Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 cup almond flour;
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (Bob’s Red Mill On Amazon);
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt;
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp maple syrup;
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract;
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil;
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips (Chocolate Chips On Amazon).

II- Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut and salt.
  2. Drizzle syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil on top.
  3. Stir in until a dough forms.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. If your dough is too dry to come together, stir in a teaspoon of water.
  6. Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls and place in a baking dish or food storage container.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.
