Vegan Chocolate Dough Balls
I- Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 cup almond flour;
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (Bob’s Red Mill On Amazon);
- 1/2 tsp sea salt;
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp maple syrup;
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract;
- 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil;
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips (Chocolate Chips On Amazon).
II- Directions:
- In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut and salt.
- Drizzle syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil on top.
- Stir in until a dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- If your dough is too dry to come together, stir in a teaspoon of water.
- Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls and place in a baking dish or food storage container.
- Store in the refrigerator.
